AIR offers attractive compensation packages that reward hard work and excellent customer service including :

• Expected hourly rate of $21.00 - $23.00 per hour . You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
• Quarterly Customer Service Satisfaction Bonuses . Technicians who excel at consistently providing positive resident experiences can earn  up to $1,500 per quarter.
