Immediate need for a talented Benefits Associate – Life & Retirement Services . This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Amarillo, TX(Onsite)

Pay Range : $15 - $17 / hour . Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Responsibilities

• Use positive oral and written communication skills to communicate accurately, clearly, and professionally with internal and external customers.
• Maintain high work standards reviewing and processing financial and legal documents.
• Use strong analytical skills to identify and research appropriate sources of information to effectively process requests.
• Learn, understand and interpret services offered in order to ensure compliance with products and services sold.
• Work in a team environment, develop working relationships inside and outside the organization, share information and ideas with team members / management, and strive to achieve continuous improvement and increase efficiency.
