Travel Nurse RN - Progressive Care Unit - $2,514 per week in Springfield, VT

Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) Profession : Nursing Specialty : Med Surg / Telemetry / Progressive Care Unit Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Night Shift Hours per Shift : 12.5 hours Experience : Minimum of 2 years of current Med Surg / Telemetry experience required. Charge experience required. PCU experience strongly preferred. License : State License Required Certifications : ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA) Must-Have : - Charge experience - Drip experience - Minimum 3 months of previous travel experience required Description : This is an adaptive acuity unit. On occasion, travelers will be asked to provide Progressive Care Unit care with a 3 : 1 patient ratio. This care is non-negotiable and may not be refused. Drip experience is required. Charge experience is required for this need. Holiday requests for time off will not be considered. All available time has been reserved. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1 : 5. There are 25 beds in the unit. The traveler must be willing to float to any inpatient unit within their scope of practice. It is preferred that the traveler has small critical access facility experience. The traveler must have their own vehicle. All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission. Requests after submission may lead to a rescinded offer. Profile requirements include work history, skills checklist (pertinent to position and current within 1 year), and one supervisory signed reference from the past two years of employment.
