Position Summary
CVS Media Exchange (CMX) is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for our suppliers, merchants, stores, GMs, brand advertisers, agencies, and clients. Our full-funnel ad solutions leverage CVS's in-store and online data, extensive reach, and unique positioning in the pharmacy and provider space to provide measurable results for our clientele. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service, these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, engage with CVS consumers, and convert CVS consumers to shoppers.
Our Lead Director, In-Store Experiential will be responsible for CMX's full In-Store product offering including digital screens, audio and experiential activations. Will work closely with category pods (GMC, Health & Wellness, Pharma and BPC) to identify, sell and manage our in-store products. Provides strategic leadership and oversees sales operations within CMX by setting sales targets and goals, developing sales strategies and plans, managing a sales team of Experiential Specialists, monitoring sales performance, building and maintaining customer relationships, and collaborating with other departments to drive revenue growth. Applies leadership skills, market knowledge, and sales expertise to motivate and guide their team, optimize sales processes, and achieve sales objectives.
What you will do
This is a hybrid position (3 days in the office, Tuesday - Thursday) at one of our hubs (NYC, Boston / Wellesley, or Chicago).

Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent (HS Diploma and 4 years of experience) required. Masters or MBA preferred.

Pay Range : The typical pay range for this role is $105,000.00 - $231,132.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
