Nights with 8 and 12-hour shifts, every third weekend rotation, and holiday rotation.
Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift

Unit Overview :
Join our dynamic 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit , where you will care for a diverse patient population, including :
Post-operative craniotomies for bleed evacuation, AVMs, and tumor resections.Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries.Patients with hemorrhagic and ischemic strokes as part of our Comprehensive Stroke Program .High volume of cervical and spinal surgery patients, along with medical overflow cases .Your Role Includes :

Assessing patient needs and planning individualized care interventions.Recognizing changes in patient conditions and adapting care plans as needed.Implementing safety strategies and educational initiatives for patients and families.Coordinating discharge plans using an interdisciplinary approach.Participating in quality / process improvement initiatives.Qualifications :
Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association.Graduation from an accredited nursing program.A minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience.Skills Required :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.Strong decision-making skills and ability to work collaboratively.Physical Requirements :
