Job Title : Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced warehouse worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and forklift operation. The primary responsibilities of this role include safely and efficiently handling and organizing materials, picking and packing orders, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments.
• Safely unload, organize, and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and shipping requirements.
• Utilize forklifts and other equipment to move and transport materials within the warehouse.
• Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards.
• Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives as required.

Work Environment

You will work closely with purchasing, customer service, production, and the quality team to ensure products are being shipped and coordinated correctly. The role involves working in a dynamic and collaborative environment where safety and efficiency are prioritized.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kent, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00 / hr.
