Top Tier Health Insurance - Medical, Vision, Dental Short / Long Term Disability 401K w / company matching - Company Profit Share Boot & Safety Glasses Reimbursement Technical Training / Tool Purchase Program Referral Bonus Program DT University Training Opportunities Qualifications : 5-10 years of experience in Commercial plumbing systems Familiarity with PVC, CPVC, cast iron, copper, and Victaulic connections Proven experience with underground plumbing installs Well versed with Carrier and fixture installs Ability to operate excavating equipment a plus Skills Required : Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and industrial structures Layout, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems, supports, and related mechanical systems from 20” to ¼” diameter Follow building plans and blueprints Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing & pipefitting trades Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving skills Responsibilities Oversee plumbing installations and repairs on commercial sites, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Utilize hand and power tools to execute plumbing tasks efficiently. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide project execution. Collaborate with team members to communicate project updates and resolve issues. Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition for optimal performance.
