Healthcare Recruiter

A company is looking for a Contract Recruiter (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain job postings through an Applicant Tracking System and various job boards

Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and manage applicant communications

Maintain detailed notes and provide weekly updates on the recruitment pipeline

Required Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in full cycle recruiting

Knowledge of the healthcare industry or a desire to learn

Experience with high-volume recruiting is a plus

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office

Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
