As a Food Runner at Tommy’s Tavern + Tap, you play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment. You’ll support the front-of-house team by resetting tables, assisting servers, and ensuring the restaurant floor is always guest-ready.

Requirements :

Exemplify the Tommy’s Tavern and Tap Experience : Dedicate oneself to delivering GREAT guest service, consistently going above and beyond for both guests and team members.

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests’ tables quickly and accurately
• Ensure all dishes are presented according to restaurant standards
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely service
• Assist servers with guest requests and table maintenance
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of expo line and service areas
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
