Job Position : Lead Superintendent

Work Location : Upcoming projects in Clayton, Charlotte, and Fort Mill, SC. The ideal candidate will live in Greater Charlotte or Fort Mill.

Salary : $95-110k

As a Superintendent, youll have the opportunity to :

• Manage a jobsite working around.
• Direct the day-to-day coordination of trade contractors and their subcontractors.
• Develop, document, and communicate the work plan regarding changes made in the field.
• Act as the primary safety representative in the field.
• Communicate schedule status, updates, and changes to the Project Team and Trade Contractors.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage jobsite logistics.
• Oversee the completion of projects with a high degree of quality.
