Job descriptionProcess payroll accurately and on time; approve timecards and resolve discrepancies Maintain payroll and HR records; ensure compliance with laws and policies Review and reconcile bank, credit card, and payroll-related statements Support onboarding and offboarding of employees Manage employee benefits, leave, and workers' comp / TDI claims Assist with audits, HR policy review, and recordkeeping Provide employee support for payroll and benefits inquiries 3+ years of payroll and / or HR administration experience Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Office (Excel required) Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality Associate's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
