JLL is currently seeking a Zoning / Alta Coordinator. The primary purpose of this role will be supporting administrative functions related to the prioritizing and executing projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The individual in this position will provide administrative support and help drive team initiatives.

General responsibilities :

• Daily use of company applications, i.e., Box, PeopleSoft, Workfront, CRM, and Quire
• Reviewing project requirements and assisting with making judgements about staffing of assignments, scheduling and booking of travel for team members in the field
• Coordinating with team members and clients to resolve meeting dates and times
• Evaluating workloads and balancing assignments between team members
• Perform clerical duties to include scheduling appointments, coordinating calendars, and preparation of meeting materials and notes

Requirements :

Estimated compensation for this position : 55,000.00 - 75,000.00 USD per year. This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
