Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure all food is prepared following residents’ care plans, in compliance with their dietary requirements as outlined by healthcare providers.
• Maintain an understanding of the dietary needs of elderly and disabled residents, including texture modifications
• Plate and serve meals to residents, either in the dining room or in their rooms.
• Set up meal trays for special diets and individual preferences.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, dining areas, and utensils according to safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist in washing dishes, cleaning kitchen surfaces, and removing trash
• Serve residents in a friendly and respectful manner, being attentive to their needs and requests.
• Report any food-related complaints, allergies, or preferences to the Dietary Manager.
