Position Overview :
Were seeking a detailoriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our clients finance team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to essential financial operations while working in a professional government setting.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Code and enter invoices into accounting systems
- Review and reconcile vendor statements
- Prepare regular payment runs
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Assist with monthend closing procedures
