Responsibilities

Operations

  • Oversite related to Cafe P&L
  • Enforce consistency of food preparation
  • Manage Food, Labor, General Expense
  • Lead and Develop Team
  • Drive high standards of quality, cleanliness and safety
  • Instill a strong work ethic
  • Steer team in a fast-paced environment
  • Mitigate and facilitate Employee Relations

    • Guest Relations

  • Drive dynamic dining experience
  • Facilitate a sense of being part of the Family!
  • Table Touches - get to know the customer
  • Look for feedback to enhance over all operations
  • Mitigate Customer Complaint

    • Community

  • Establish Hometown Spirit
  • Foster involved in local events
  • Participate in Charities and Clubs
  • Support local Chamber of Commerce
  • Capitalize on local catering

    • Skills / Qualifications

  • Solid Restaurant management experience
  • Operational Excellence
  • Leader not a Manager, ability to build and develop team
  • Communication - written and spoken
  • Financial Savvy - Ability to deal with numbers and increase profitability
  • Team player and hard worker
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to acquire Alcohol Service Certification and Food Manager Certification
  • Ability to physically participate in a fast-paced environment in day-to-day operations (front and back of house) for periods up to 10-12 hours per day
  • Eligible to work in the United Statesall applicants are subject to our E-Verify processing, no Sponsorship opportunities
