Job description2-3 years of hands-on experience in Sterile Processing. Graduation from a Certified Sterile Processing Tech program (CRCST / CSPDT) is required. A strong commitment to developing and leading a high-performing team. Experience in a large hospital setting is advantageous. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Base salary ranging from $75,000-$83,000. Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, PTO, and more. Working schedule : Nights, Monday to Friday, from 11 PM to 7 AM.

Clinical Magnet (part of ICON Medical) is excited to bring on board a Supervisor of Sterile Processing to enhance the team at a highly respected hospital system in the Philadelphia area!
This is a full-time, DIRECT HIRE opportunity! (not contract)
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure effective management of sterilization staffing and work assignments.
- Oversee all quality control processes within the sterile processing unit.
