Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – 11pm–7am PRN

Brinton Manor is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our dedicated team on the 11pm–7am PRN shift .

Responsibilities

Provide supervision and guidance to direct care staff

Support the Director of Nursing (DON) and Unit Managers with staffing and daily operations

Deliver hands-on nursing care as needed

Ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

Active RN license in the state of Pennsylvania (required)

1+ year of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitative setting

Supervisory experience preferred

Strong communication and leadership skills

Willingness to assist with med cart coverage when needed
