Job Description

Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for projects across multiple sectors. Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to determine scope and requirements. Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure competitive pricing. Collaborate with project managers and preconstruction teams to develop budgets and proposals. Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, material costs, and labor rates. Assist in bid presentations and client meetings as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Estimator should have :

• 3+ years of experience as an Estimator in commercial construction
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
