Responsibilities

Client Consultation : Engage with existing clients, understand their insurance requirements, and provide personalized recommendations.

Inbound Calls : Handle incoming calls effectively, answer inquiries, and propose solutions. Policy Customization : Develop and propose insurance plans that align with each client's specific needs.

Cross-selling : Recognize opportunities to expand client portfolios through additional products or services.

Relationship Building : Cultivate long-term client relationships to ensure loyalty and satisfaction. Continuous Learning : Keep updated on industry trends to offer informed advice.

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.

Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.

Requirements

Licensing : Possess an active insurance license.

Experience : Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.

Customer Focus : A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships.

Adaptability : Ability to work successfully in a hybrid remote work setting and adapt to changing business needs.
