What You'll Be Doing :

As our Loan Admin Assistant, you'll be the behind-the-scenes wizard keeping the loan process running smoothly. You'll partner with loan officers to generate accurate loan documents, review files like a detective, ensure proper collateral (we love a good lien position!), and help disburse funds with precision.

From prepping loan docs to solving client questions, you'll be at the heart of it all - making real impact every single day.

You'll Rock This Role If You :

Are a master of multitasking with an eagle eye for detail

Love helping people and solving problems like a boss

Have experience in lending, loan ops, or admin work (bonus points for LaserPro or CSI Runtime knowledge!)

Know your way around MS Office and standard office equipment

Understand how to read loan terms and perfect collateral like a pro

Levels to Grow :

We're hiring across three levels - because we believe in growth!

Loan Admin Assistant I

1 year of clerical experience in lending

Eager to learn and grow

Loan Admin Assistant II

2 years in lending or loan ops

Experience with loan doc software

Can train new teammates

Loan Admin Assistant III

4+ years in lending / loan servicing

Skilled with specialty loans (SBA, AIDEA, complex commercial)

Edits legal docs, trains team, and helps improve procedures

Bonus Skills & Knowledge :

You know your way around debits, credits, and interest accruals

You can write a sharp business letter and love checking for accuracy

You enjoy working independently and thrive on deadlines
