What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or, when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and monitor for any unusual conditions.

Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.

Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns specific to the food and beverage environment.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of all activities, incidents, and observations as required by site protocols.

Assist with controlling access to restricted areas and verify credentials of individuals entering the premises.

Follow all post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and site management.

Minimum Requirements :

Customer service experience is preferred.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
