A company is looking for a Director, Digital Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels
Design and implement consumer engagement strategies and a loyalty program to enhance customer retention
Lead website enhancements focusing on user experience and conversion rate optimization
Required Qualifications
8+ years of marketing experience, with 4-6 years in digital marketing and customer retention
4+ years of leadership experience
Proven track record in developing successful loyalty programs in B2C or retail industries
Experience with CRM platforms and data analytics tools
Strong understanding of customer segmentation and data-driven marketing
