Job Description

The Manager of Product Management – Structural & Systems for Shelter Solutions is responsible for guiding the strategic direction of our Shelter product portfolio. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally to strategically manage our portfolio of Structural (Primary and Secondar) and Systems (PEMB, Cold Form etc…) products that meet market demands, drive revenue growth, and enhance our competitive positioning. Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Product Leadership :

Execute a comprehensive product (including related services) strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives, market trends, competitive gaps and customer needs.

Support the analysis of competitive portfolios for M&A considerations

Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
