Assist with patient assessments, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient conditions, including vital signs and telemetry. Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and health conditions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care. Adhere to safety and infection control protocols. Participate in ongoing education and training as necessary. Float to other areas as needed to meet facility demands. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures. Schedule includes a requirement for weekend shifts.
