About the Role

Mochi Health is reshaping weight management with a science-driven, personalized approach. As we scale, we need an Associate Product Designer to bring our brand to life across social channels (eg; X and TikTok) creating video marketing content that connects, engages, and grows our community.

As Associate Product Designer, you'll be the creative force behind Mochi's social presence. You'll design, edit, and publish scroll-stopping video content that makes our brand memorable, drives engagement, and fuels growth. You'll collaborate with the marketing team to translate brand strategy into impactful creative that performs. This role reports to Head of Design.

What You'll Do

• Owning dedicated social channels and create compelling video marketing ads
• Designing short-form video, motion graphics, and visuals tailored to social audiences
• Supporting video ad campaigns across ads, email, and web
• Maintaining and evolving our visual identity across touchpoints
• Using data and insights to iterate on video creative for performance

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000, in addition to equity and benefits. The salary range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all locations. Actual compensation within this range is determined by various factors, such as job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and location.

Workplace Policy

Mochi Health is an in-person company based in San Francisco, CA. Our team works together in person five days a week to foster collaboration, innovation, and strong connections. We believe that face-to-face interaction builds a culture of excellence and allows us to deliver the best outcomes for the patients and providers we serve.

For office-based roles, the standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 : 00 a.m. to 7 : 00 p.m. Actual hours may vary depending on business needs and role responsibilities. All employees receive meal and rest breaks in accordance with applicable state and local laws.

For designated remote roles, this in-person policy does not apply.
