Job description
JOB DESCRIPTION Salary: $35/hrMaxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work one on one with a patient in the school setting starting ASAP. We are currently hiring for several 1:1 students with g-tubes and/or tracheostomies in the Omaha and Millard school districts.Current Open Positions:* Monday-Friday 730a-530p g-tube client* Monday-Friday 7-5p g-tube/tracheostomy client Hours 6:10-3:30pm* PRNWhy Join Maxim:

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care for student(s) with medical needs (Trach, vent, G-tube Feedings, seizure monitoring with rescue medications, personal care, Diabetic care, ,
  • May ride the bus to and from school with patient
Requirements
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License for the state in which the nurse practices.
  • Current Health Certificate (per facility Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) contract or state regulation).
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience preferred.
