Security Clearance Requirement : The candidate must be clearable to DoD Secret Level.

Location : Non-Remote

High School Diploma or GED required.

1-2 years of electro-mechanical assembly or related experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Ability to read and follow assembly Drawings, Build Books, and some schematics
• Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation when defects are identified
• Rework and / or repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification changes
• Soldering – Thru Hole, Jumper Wires
• Harness Assembly - layout and dressing of wires to drawing or in accordance with cable layout form as required
• Fiber Cables – Handling and Cleaning
• Cable Termination – Use of various Terminals, Mil-Spec Pins, Sockets, and Connectors,
• Use and maintenance of typical Hand Tools
• Proper application and handling of adhesives
• Maintain inventory of product in workstations
• Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards
• Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures
• Assist in providing input and development of build book guides
• Mechanical Assembly
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• J-STD-Certification is preferred
