Job Description

Overview :

Supervises and supports day to day harvest operations including but not limited to :

• Fruit Evaluation
• Harvest Crew Placement
• Quality Control
• Ensure safe work procedures
• Support field technical evaluations such as crop estimates, and fruit size measurements

Here's what you'll do :

Qualifications

Here's what you'll bring to the table :

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

At least 3-5 years of experience in crop or field management, citrus experience preferred

Strong computer proficiency e.g Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power Bi

Must possess, and maintain, a valid California Driver License

Bilingual English / Spanish highly preferred

Self-management skills

Strong time management skills

Represents Wonderful Citrus’ values in communicating to third party contractors

Ability to make good rational judgment decisions while under pressure

Skilled in report writing, business communication, and delivering presentations to management, peers, and customers

Strategic thinker with tactical and detailed execution

Salary : $75,000.00 annually and may include discretionary bonus.
