Our Lead HVAC Installers enjoy a competitive salary of $60,000-$100,000 per year and work a self-structured schedule of both full-time and shared on-call hours . QUALIFICATIONS OF A LEAD HVAC INSTALLER

• 3 years experience in residential replacement and / or installation. 5+ years of experience is preferred.
• Physically able to perform installations in attics, crawl spaces, and basements
• Can provide your own tools
• Current driver's license and clean driving record
