Job description

Operations Readiness Manager

Join our dynamic team dedicated to delivering :

  • Simplifying operations / tools for store service
  • Proactively managing an accurate operations calendar of events
  • Providing ongoing training and talent development for our Operations Team
  • Offering support to Field Operations Leadership

Key duties and responsibilities :

  • Manage the Operations Planning Calendar
  • Support executive and senior leadership
  • Maintain communication cadence with OPS teams and Field Sales Support (FSS) for calendar alignment
  • Oversee Compass Monthly Calendar as the Operations Scorecard Owner
  • Collaborate with Ops Scorecard owner, Learning & Development Liaison, and Operations Communications team
  • Design Operations Planning & Alignment (OPA) Meetings
  • Assist in NCC and Verification meeting design
  • Contribute to meeting vision, creation, build-out, and development
  • Support Operations with Quality Visit structure, including Store Walk execution
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development team to align on Operations Training courses
  • Lead and support Area Leader Advisory Council
  • Education and experience :

    Education : Bachelors / 4 Yr Degree

    Years of relevant work experience : 5+

    Years of management experience : 5+

    Certifications / licenses : Food Safe Certification

    Specific knowledge and skills :

  • Operations experience (internal or external)
  • Retail Operations expertise with proactive planning for multiple zone and unit success
  • Understanding of both Corporate and Franchise Operations businesses
  • Desire to support Corporate and Franchise Operations businesses and leadership teams
  • Eagerness to simplify processes and build ongoing leadership training
  • Commitment to learning and growth
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong knowledge of Store Operations and experience in Franchisee relations
  • Demonstrated strong work ethics, exceptional leadership, communication, influencing, public speaking, and analytical skills
  • Ability to self-start and manage projects with multiple stakeholders, often Senior Leadership
  • Strong coaching and training abilities
  • Able to work independently, multitask, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, competitive environment
  • Pay : $100,000.00 - $105,000.00 Annual
