A company is looking for an Enrollment Advisor Hourly.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for Enrollment Experience (EE) processes
Provide expert support on complex enrollment scenarios and collaborate across departments to resolve issues
Lead training and coaching efforts for new hires and frontline staff, and develop resources to streamline workflows
Required Qualifications
Experience providing application or enrollment support in a high-volume customer-facing environment
Proficiency with Windows, MS Suite, and CRM platforms, with Salesforce experience preferred
Flexibility to work shifts aligned with varying hours, including evenings and weekends
Strong analytical and reasoning skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity
Collaborative leadership skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines effectively
