We are seeking a ROW Engineer with PE license to join our Chattanooga, TN team! Come join us!

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Attend field reviews / meetings to provide comments to plans, site visits prior to ROW field reviews.
• Attend public meetings, check titles (prepare title check letters), assist agents / property owners with plan reading for offers and closings, plan change requests (submit and track progress for plan accuracy).
• Review and provide comments for LPA projects as it relates to the row plans, attend PGIs, assist State Attorney General's office with condemned tracts, testify in court on condemnation tracts when necessary, review legal descriptions and prepare ROW exhibits.
