A company is looking for a Remote Medical Benefits Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Handle high volume inbound and outbound calls assisting patients

Provide customer support regarding prescription benefits and verify insurance information

Ensure compliance with HIPAA and federal healthcare program guidelines

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of recent customer service experience in a call center

High School Diploma or equivalent

Quiet workstation with high-speed internet and wired modem access

Healthcare experience or knowledge of medical terminology is a plus

Ability to multitask and navigate multiple internal systems
