• Lead the development and execution of innovative creative concepts that enhance brand identity and drive engagement across all media platforms, while supervising and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

• Creative Development and Brand Identity :
• Lead the development of innovative creative concepts that align with brand identity and design principles, ensuring consistency and balance with business objectives.
• Project and Resource Management :
• Supervise the management of multiple creative projects, overseeing internal and external talent to ensure timely and efficient execution.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement :
• Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams and communicate creative strategies to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine outputs.
• Quality Control :
• Oversee the review and approval of creative materials to maintain high standards of quality and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Strategic Planning and Trend Analysis :
• Direct strategic planning efforts and stay updated on industry trends to ensure creative initiatives are relevant and forward-thinking.
• Job Contribution :
• Oversees operational aspects of the department, focusing on the day-to-day management of related initiatives. This role is primarily concerned with the implementation and execution of strategies developed by higher management. Typically leads entry-level and career-level staff within the organization. Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action, promotional activity, and pay decisions for subordinates.
