The Account Executive will be responsible for managing a region within the Iron Sheepdog Broker Network, generating, and qualifying leads, developing, and maintaining customer relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong industry network and proven track record of success in sales.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth
- Manage and develop sales territories
- Build and develop sales support team
- Provide / coordinate training, implementation and support to customers
- Track and analyze sales data and metrics
- Forecast sales and revenue
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities
- Negotiate and close deals
- Communicate with leadership and software engineers on platform improvements
- Maintain relationships with key customers and prospects
