Job description

The Account Executive will be responsible for managing a region within the Iron Sheepdog Broker Network, generating, and qualifying leads, developing, and maintaining customer relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong industry network and proven track record of success in sales.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth
  • Manage and develop sales territories
  • Build and develop sales support team
  • Provide / coordinate training, implementation and support to customers
  • Track and analyze sales data and metrics
  • Forecast sales and revenue
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Communicate with leadership and software engineers on platform improvements
  • Maintain relationships with key customers and prospects

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong leadership and motivation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, and sales tools / CRM's
  • Compensation Range & Benefits

  • Base Salary Range - $75,000.00 - $85,000.00
  • Aggressive Commission structure - percentage of revenue run through the application
  • Participation in Iron Sheepdog Stock Option Program
