Key Responsibilities
Act as a liaison among various teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Manage the Regional Vice President's calendar and support Account Executives with client interactions
Organize onboarding for new clients and track training attendees
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
At least two years of recent experience in mortgage banking; sales experience is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required for company-related travel
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment
