We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team. The Operations Assistant will support daily operations, help streamline processes, and ensure that projects and administrative tasks run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
• Support the use and implementation of Microsoft 365 tools across the company.
• Learn and adapt quickly to Procore (construction / project management software).
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
• Provide organizational support for projects, scheduling, and communication.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and project delivery.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

Pay Range : $45K-$52K / Annually
