Job description

Physical Therapist Role $50-$52 per hour

Overview :

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist with experience or interest in geriatrics. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping older adults improve mobility, reduce pain, and maintain independence.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate and assess patients' physical abilities and needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on restoring function and improving quality of life
  • Provide therapy services to geriatric patients in setting
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and injury prevention
  • Document patient progress and adjust plans as needed

Qualifications :

  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Prior experience with geriatric populations preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
