Manager Of Studio Management

This position may be located in Overland Park, KS; or Bellevue, WA. This is not a remote role - this is a hybrid schedule requiring at least 3 days a week in office. T-Mobile's Manager of Studio Management leads a team of individual contributors responsible for project managing communications initiatives within T-Studios, the in-house creative and production department. This role combines leadership and hands-on project management, ensuring efficient planning, creative development, and execution of projects. The manager oversees the team's workflow, fosters collaboration, and supports operational excellence while maintaining strong relationships with internal partners and stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

  • Evaluates team member competencies and invests in staff development. Drives corrective behavior while maintaining self-esteem. Utilizes Team Development and Motivational techniques to constantly raise the bar in performance and quality. Coach others in the "big picture" and to be able to tie initiatives to Corporate and Individual Goals.
  • Has understanding on how projects align to broader organizational goals and business benefit. Is able to explain business benefit of projects and contributes to business case / feasibility development.
  • Is sensitive to how people and organizations function. Poised when interacting with senior level audience. Invests in stakeholder management and possesses ability gain stakeholder trust.
  • Actively seeks out industry and business information. Understands how policies, systems and processes impact job performance and projects. Fosters business knowledge and understanding among project managers.
  • Provides structure, feedback and direction. Creates clear and measurable goals. Holds self and team accountable.
  • Mentors and contributes to organizations body of knowledge on project management, budget management, and quality programs.
  • Brokers consensus among stakeholders with conflicting needs.

Education and Work Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field
  • Experience in telecommunications industry preferred.
  • 4-7 years - Management, Team Lead, or other equivalent leadership experience.

  • Licenses and Certifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) (Preferred)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Travel Required (Yes / No) : Yes

    Base Pay Range : $100,500 - $181,300 Corporate Bonus Target : 15%

    The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

    At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and / or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and / or team performance.
