Management Trainee - Entry Level | Paid Training

We have an immediate opening for an ambitious, motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Management Trainee.

This full-time role is designed for those who want to launch a career in marketing, promotions, and leadership development .

No prior experience is required— paid training and mentorship are provided to help you grow into a leadership role.

As a Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in marketing campaigns, team management, and client engagement while developing the skills necessary to advance into management positions.

Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional events.

Support and mentor entry-level team members to ensure high-quality performance.

Engage with clients and the public to represent campaigns, products, or nonprofit initiatives.

Help manage day-to-day operations, including team coordination, reporting, and logistics.

Participate in training programs to develop leadership, marketing, sales, and management skills.

Contribute to the growth and development of the team and company initiatives.
