Credentialing Timeframe : 30-60 days
Licensure Requirements : DEA and CSR required
Hours : 7 am - 5 pm
Supervision : All CRNA practice
Type of cases required : ENDO, OB, GYN, Vascular, PEDs, General, ORTHO, Oral, ENT, Acute Pain Mgmt, Trauma. Must be proficient in Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals
