Title : Inventory Control Coordinator (2nd Shift)
Location : Chicago, IL
Starting Salary Range : $26 / hour (Full-Time, Direct Hire)
2nd shift : Monday–Friday, approximately 2 : 30 PM – 10 : 30 PM CT
Includes overtime opportunities and occasional Saturday shifts as needed
Introduction
We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Inventory Control Coordinator – 2nd Shift to join our team at our Chicago facility. If you have 1–3 years of inventory control or operations experience in a fast-paced manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment — this is your chance to be part of a company that values accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
In this role, you will be a key player in maintaining accurate inventory, resolving variances, and supporting production efficiency. You'll use SAP and other tools to ensure everything flows smoothly from stock to shop floor.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered :
- 1–3 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, or operations
- Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environments
- Proficient with SAP or similar ERP and inventory management systems
- Proven track record in inventory tracking, data analysis, and variance resolution
- Ability to work 2nd shift : Monday–Friday, approximately 2 : 30 PM – 10 : 30 PM CT
- Open to working Saturdays and overtime as business needs require
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
