Territory Sales Manager – Workers' Compensation

Southern California | Insurance Sales | Base : $90,000–$120,000 + Quarterly Bonuses + Car Allowance

Are you a seasoned insurance sales pro with strong agent relationships in San Diego, South Riverside, or South Orange County ? EMPLOYERS is hiring a Territory Manager to grow our workers' comp business by being the trusted expert agents turn to.

What You'll Do :

Deliver training and support to agents and internal teams

Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities

Maximize use of EMPLOYERS' digital tools and services

What You Bring :

Bachelor's degree + 5 years in insurance or sales

Strong knowledge of workers' comp or P&C insurance

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

Self-starter with a valid driver's license and clean driving record

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
