• Responsibilities
• Perform routine preventative maintenance to extend equipment life
• Troubleshoot and support repairs for fryers, ice machines, grills, and other restaurant equipment
• Conduct walkthroughs to identify equipment and POS system issues
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Support vendors and quality checks during visits
• Install and replace equipment and small hardware
• Organize parts, tools, and supplies across store locations
• Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and components
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management
• Travel between locations (company gas card provided)
• Qualifications
• 1+ year of maintenance, repair, or facilities support preferred
• Familiarity with tools and basic mechanical troubleshooting
• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
• Comfortable lifting 40 lbs and working at heights
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills are essential
