• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations : Must successfully complete and be current in the following : (These licenses / training are the responsibility of the employee and submitting once a year of a copy of training is required for employment)
• Other skills and Abilities : Must be aware and understand the needs of the elderly
• Must be able to recognize unusual behavior and changes in physical condition of residents and report those observances to the Health and Wellness Coordinator
• Must be thoroughly familiar with all policies and procedures of the facility
