Perform comprehensive intakes, assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans. Provide patient education on chemical dependence and the recovery process. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate aftercare and support long-term recovery. Manage patient cases to ensure seamless, high-quality, and personalized care. Education : Master’s Degree in a clinical discipline (Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Rehabilitation Counseling). Licensure : Must be license-eligible for LICSW or LMHC. Licensure as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC-I) or eligibility is highly preferred. Experience : Knowledge and experience in addiction recovery and / or medication-assisted treatment (MAT). Skills : Sensitivity to cultural diversity. Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills. Requirements : Ability to travel locally up to 30% of the time.
