You have at least one year of experience in a client services role, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting.You are a friendly, empathetic, and dependable team player who genuinely cares about helping clients and supporting your colleagues.You excel at managing multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a calm, compassionate demeanor.You're passionate about creating a positive client experience and building trust with pet owners.You value teamwork and contribute to a collaborative, uplifting culture where everyone is focused on achieving shared goals.What We Can Offer You
