We are looking for a Maintenance Specialist to join our hospitality operations team.

In this role, you’ll help maintain the property’s appearance, functionality, and safety — ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and comfortable stay.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with hands-on experience in building systems, equipment repair, and general maintenance within a hotel or hospitality setting.

Primary Responsibilities Inspect, maintain, and repair hotel facilities, guest rooms, and public areas to ensure everything is in top condition.

Perform routine and emergency maintenance on systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.

Respond quickly and efficiently to maintenance requests and ensure guest satisfaction.

Follow preventive maintenance schedules and record completed work accurately.

Monitor tools, parts, and supplies; report needs or shortages in a timely manner.

Support engineering and operations teams in renovation and improvement projects.

Maintain compliance with safety procedures and company maintenance standards.

Coordinate with housekeeping and front office teams to ensure minimal guest disruption.

Qualifications Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician, Engineer, or Facilities Associate in a hotel or related industry.

Good understanding of basic electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.

Ability to troubleshoot and repair minor equipment and fixtures independently.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to prioritize multiple tasks.

Trade or technical certification in maintenance, HVAC, or a related field preferred.

Familiarity with property management or maintenance software (e.g., Opera , HotSOS ) is an advantage.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or holidays as required.
