About Your Role :

As an  Outpatient Therapist you are an integral part of our regional team, providing treatment plan development and clinical services to clients ages 5 through adult and / or their families. You will work independently with the client in the outpatient office, using creative clinical interventions based on best practice models and counseling techniques to work effectively with children and families.

• Pay starting at $48,000 / annually based on experience and licensure
• Office role based-telehealth services per client request

Does the following apply to you?

Current or nearing Virginia Licensure as an LMFT, LCSW or LPC

Minimum one (1) year of verified direct work / internship experience with children / adolescents and families in a therapeutic treatment environment
