Vice President of Finance

A company is looking for a Head / Vice President of Finance (Remote US).

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a financial roadmap aligned with the company's mission

Lead budget planning, forecasting, and revenue modeling to meet financial targets

Deliver accurate financial reporting and insights to drive data-driven decision-making

Required Qualifications

15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in telehealth, ecommerce, SaaS, or D2C

Deep understanding of PC / MSO operations with a focus on profitability

Hands-on experience in hybrid cash and GAAP environments

Proven track record of driving margin improvement and capital planning

CPA, CFA, or equivalent is strongly preferred; an MBA is a plus
